Led by Passion. Grounded in Purpose.
Bridget Adams is an award-winning youth development leader, educator, and advocate. After leaving a career in corporate management to follow her calling, Bridget spent more than 20 years designing and leading programs that empower students and staff alike. The work she's led has been recognized nationally by the National School Boards Association and the Virginia General Assembly for advancing positive youth development across schools and communities.
Her mission is simple — to make sure every young person feels seen, heard, loved, valued, and affirmed.
